We're hiring! We are looking for a Pennsylvania licensed therapist or post-doctoral student to join our team.
We are a private practice that specializes in working with people with eating disorder, disordered eating and those looking to heal their relationship with food and body. We are a Health at Every Size(R) practice that provides fat positive, weight inclusive care. Our practice has a strong commitment to social justice and working to dismantle systems of oppression. We believe everyone is in a process of learning and unlearning and we seek an individual who is willing to learn and unlearn with us and is committed to ongoing evolution in their clinical work. Preference will be given to those with experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community and/or experience working with trauma.
Requirements of the position include Pennsylvania licensed therapist or post-doctoral student who is looking to be part of a private practice. Given the relationship that develops between client and therapist and the long-term nature of our work, we are looking for someone who would like to grow with the practice over time. Schedule is flexible, but we do require at least two evenings a week or one evening and one weekend. We ask for an initial commitment of at least 5 clients per week, with preference given to those who would like to build their caseload from there. Supervision will be provided and can be counted towards IAEDP certification if desired. While we will give preference to those already licensed in PA (additional licensure in NJ is a plus), we will consider an outstanding post-doctoral trainee who is a good fit for our practice.
This position allows for a lot of independence in scheduling with no micromanaging. You are responsible for completing documentation in a timely manner and for communicating with other team members when collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team. Ability to retain clients is essential.
We are currently 100% virtual and a virtual telehealth platform and EMR are provided. We plan to return to the office when safe to do so and our office is located in Bucks County, PA. We are open to considering someone who would like to remain virtual long-term.

This position provides:
Competitive Compensation: range is between $40-80 per client hour depending on experience
